RV Students Impact Weekend 2024 is just around the corner! Impact Weekend is a special, designated weekend for Middle School & High School students to go deeper in their faith so that they can make an impact in the lives of those around them.

Impact Weekend will take place February 16 – 18. The theme for this year is “Why.” The question you may be asking is, “why should my student participate in Impact Weekend 2024?” That’s a great question!

Just like years past, Impact Weekend 2024 will have great food, great worship, great speaking, and great fun! For a lot of students, they come for the fun, or they come because of friendships, or they come because their parent told them they must. Those, honestly, aren’t bad reasons to get them in the door but there is a deeper “why” that you don’t want them to miss.

On top of the fun, food, and friendships, our students will leave the weekend with answered questions to the greater “why.” They will leave the weekend transformed by Jesus.

For all of us, we have a deep longing in our soul to matter. We want our lives to have great purpose. We want answers to some difficult questions. Questions like: why should I choose Jesus, why should I read the Bible, why should I go to church, why should I pray, why worship, why me?

Impact Weekend 2024 will answer these “why’s” and more! It’s a weekend designed to encourage our students with the truth that a life rooted in Jesus is the only way to experience a purposeful, fulfilling life. Their eternity can be secured with God in heaven! And their life on earth will definitely matter…more than they can even imagine!

Impact Weekend will deepen your students’ faith in Jesus. Your faith (as their parent) may get them there, but it will be their own faith that leaves them hungry for more of Jesus! I want to encourage all Middle School and High School parents to get your kids to Impact Weekend! They won’t regret it…and neither will you.
