First Time at River Valley?
We know visiting a church for the first time can feel a little overwhelming. Here’s what you can expect at Classic Christmas:
Relaxed, “come as you are” atmosphere – Wear what’s comfortable.
Service length: about 60 minutes.
Kids & families: kids are welcome in the main service and children's ministry is available from 6 weeks to 6th grade.
Parking: friendly volunteers will help you find a spot and point you toward the main entrance.

Is there something for my kids?
Yes! Families are a big part of Classic Christmas. Kids are welcome to sit with you in the main service, and we also offer safe, age-appropriate environments for younger children. Our team will help you check in your kids when you arrive. Childcare is available from 6 weeks to 6th grade.
What should I wear and when should I arrive?
Come as you are—some people dress up a little for Christmas, and others keep it casual. Wear whatever is comfortable for you. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to park, check in kids if needed, and enjoy photos, carolers, cookies, and warm drinks before the service begins.
Do I need a ticket or reservation?
No. Classic Christmas is completely free and open to everyone. You don’t need a ticket or reservation—just choose the service time that works best for you and come. If your plans change, you’re still welcome at any service. We do recommend you sign up to make check in easier and faster, especially for childcare & if you are a first time guest, we would love to meet you and give you a gift
